  • Continue to see your current provider, if you wish.
  • Find a new provider if you like, who doesn’t have to be part of a network or affiliation. You can utilize our new service representative, called a healthcare concierge, who can help you locate a preferred provider or facility in your area, who can help you set up appointments, and more.
