What seemed impossible became possible with God.
Earlier in the year, we here at Altrua HealthShare learned that we would need to relocate our office space. It seemed an especially difficult challenge because we are located in Austin, Texas, and so many people and businesses are moving to this area.
So began a time of prayer and seeking direction on what steps to take next.
Through a series of what can only be called God moments, a possible space was located and conversations began. There were ups and downs, but ultimately, God opened doors that only He can open, and Altrua HealthShare made the move to a new home from which to serve our Members and from which Altrua Ministries can continue to impact the world.
With a time of worship and prayer, the new Altrua HealthShare office was officially launched this month, complete with a ribbon-cutting. This is a space that is the answer to prayer, and from which we pray for our Members’ families and their needs. There are scriptures etched into the windows and visual reminders painted on the walls about why we do what we do and our primary mission at Altrua HealthShare, to care for one another.
As we look back over the year and reflect on God’s graciousness in the incredible growth of the Membership and how He has allowed us to serve more people than ever before, we are also incredibly grateful that He has made a way for us to now be in a space from which we can continue to serve Altrua HealthShare Members for many years to come.
“‘The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,’ says the Lord Almighty. ‘And in this place I will grant peace,’ declares the Lord Almighty.”
